Position Details:
Ensure 24 x 7 operations of the hub, Back up of network operation data, Fault resolution or preventive maintenance on VSAT and Radio networks. Network monitoring, Remote troubleshooting of networks, Ensure all network backups are up and running. Ensure standard electrical environment for hub operations. VSAT installation and commissioning. Network integration. Generation of technical reports
Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Sc./HND Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering; Cisco certifications preferably to CCNP level at least; ITIL Foundation certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3 years post NYSC Technical
Skills Required: Demonstrable competence in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, MS Project, etc. Basic presentation skills. Effective use of PC or Laptop. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer and interpersonal relationship skills. |
