- At least 70% down payment must be received before the commencement of SAP e-learning
- No Access to training facilities on Public holidays & Weekends.
- Testing Period is between 8:30 and 5pm.
- Hard photocopies training materials shall be made available to trainees on request.

- No Smoking
- No Alcoholic beverages or its equivalent
- No Visitors allowed during training sessions
- No Fighting or Violent behaviour at the training center
- All candidates must conduct themselves with proper decorum for as long as they remain in the training premises.
- No weapon, sharp objects or destructive chemicals are allowed in the
training premises
- All complaints should be logged with the training center administrator and logged in the complaint/suggestion log.
